Promotional Period |
Start time/date: 12:01am AEDT on 14/03/2026 End time/date: 7:30pm AEST on 11/04/2026 If the Promotion reaches the maximum entry cap of 1,500 entrants (plus VIP members) before the scheduled end date, entries will close immediately. The draw will then take place at 8:30 pm AEDT/AEST on the nearest Sunday following the date the cap is reached. |

How to Enter |
To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any Participating Package from www.tradedaustralia.com. Entry Limit: Participating Packages and Entries:
Multiplier Entries: The Promoter may, at its discretion, announce special “multiplier entry” days during the Promotional Period. Details will be published on the Promoter’s website. VIP Membership Entries: Existing or new VIP Traded Australia members will receive entries based on their current membership tier and the number of consecutive full months of membership, as follows: Membership Tier Entry Multiplier VIP BASIC 2 VIP PREMIUM 6 VIP BESPOKE 20 VIP ULTIMATE 50 Example: a VIP BESPOKE member with three full months of membership receives 60 entries. |

Entries permitted |
Entrants may purchase multiple Participating Packages. Access durations will accumulate, and entry multipliers apply as outlined above. Multiplier Entries: Entrants may receive additional entries if they purchase a Participating Package on a multiplier entry day as set out on the Promoter’s website during the Promotional Period. Membership Entries: VIP Members will receive entries based on their Membership Tier and the number of months they have been signed up for, as outlined above. |

- Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and the Schedule. Capitalised terms are as defined in the Schedule.
- Entries are deemed received at the time recorded by the Promoter’s system, not at the time sent. The Promoter’s records are final.
- Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner does not claim or accept their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
- The Promotion is strictly limited to the first 1,500 entrants (plus existing VIP members). Once this limit is reached, the Promotion will close early, and no further entries will be accepted. The Promoter will display current participant numbers throughout the draw period at https://tradedaustralia.com/ and announce the early closure via its website and/or social media channels. Any purchase or attempt to enter after the cap has been reached will be deemed invalid.
- The purchase cost of any Participating Package is not affected by participation in this Promotion.
- Prize values are accurate at the time of publication and include GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in value after that date.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for other goods or services unless stated.
- If a prize or element is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval.
- No entry fee is charged by the Promoter. Standard internet access costs apply.
- The prize will only be awarded to the entrant named in the winning entry.
- The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Personal information may be shared with related entities, contractors, and government regulators as required by law. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://tradedaustralia.com/privacy-policy/ outlines access, correction, and complaint procedures.
- By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants may opt out at any time, except for communications relating to this Promotion.
- Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities. The Promoter may use winners’ names, suburb, and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility. Incomplete, fraudulent, or offensive entries will be invalid.
- If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s control, it may be modified, suspended, or cancelled, subject to State and Territory approval.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and associated parties are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance. Nothing in these Conditions restricts any rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- Winners are responsible for any taxation implications arising from the prize. Independent financial advice is recommended.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver.
