1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are active VIP Members of the Promoter at the time the draw closes.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. VIP Membership & Entry Allocation

VIP Membership is a paid subscription-based membership.

Each active VIP Member automatically receives entries into all eligible major & VIP-only draws conducted during each month of active membership.

• Entries accumulate monthly for the duration of an active membership.

• The number of entries allocated per month is determined by the member’s VIP Membership tier.

• Entry allocation rates and tier details are published on the Promoter’s website.

To be eligible, members must have an active VIP Membership at the close of the draw.
Any entries associated with memberships that are cancelled, suspended, refunded, or expired prior to the close of the draw will not be counted.

No additional purchase is required beyond the VIP Membership subscription.

4. Promotional Period

The start date, end date, draw date, and draw time for each VIP-only draw will be published on the Promoter’s website.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend promotional dates if required, subject to applicable laws.

5. How the Draw Is Conducted

All valid entries will be entered into RandomDraws.com, an independent random draw system.

Each individual ticket number constitutes one valid entry and is eligible to win.

Winner(s) will be selected at random through the RandomDraws.com platform on the date and time specified on the Promoter’s website.

6. Multiple Prizes & Multiple Wins

Each ticket number is individually valid for a winning outcome.

• If a member holds multiple winning ticket numbers, each winning ticket is deemed a valid win.

• In the event of a multiple-prize draw, a single member may win more than one prize if they hold multiple winning tickets.

• Winning a prize in one draw does not exclude a member from winning again in future draws.

There is no limit to the number of prizes a VIP Member may win across multiple draws, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Live Draw & Winner Contact

Each draw will be live streamed on the Promoter’s official Facebook page.

An effort will be made to contact the winner live during the stream using the contact details associated with their VIP Membership.

Failure to answer or respond during the live stream does not invalidate the win.

8. Prizes

Prize details, descriptions, and values will be published on the Promoter’s website for each VIP-only draw.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless stated otherwise.

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw via one or more of the following:

• Phone

• Email

• SMS

• Announcement on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels

It is the responsibility of VIP Members to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.

10. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be dispatched or made available for collection within 30 days of the draw date, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is limited to addresses within Australia unless specified.

The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed 30 days after the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw or otherwise deal with the prize in accordance with applicable laws.

Any redraw will be conducted using the same method as the original draw.

12. Permit Requirements

All VIP-only MINI DRAWS are conducted in a manner where the total prize value does not exceed state-based permit thresholds, and therefore do not require a government permit under Australian trade promotion regulations.

Where a VIP-only draw has a total prize value that exceeds the applicable permit threshold, the Promoter will obtain all required state or territory permits, and the relevant permit numbers will be published on the Promoter’s website in connection with that draw.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel a draw if required to comply with permit requirements or applicable laws.

13. Membership Cancellation or Suspension

If a VIP Membership is cancelled, refunded, suspended, or expires before the close of a draw, any entries allocated for that draw will be forfeited.

Entries accumulated during active membership periods remain valid only while the membership remains active at the close of the draw.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by a winner or entrant arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Privacy

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and administer VIP Memberships.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available on the Promoter’s website.

16. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and entrants

• Disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions

• Cancel, suspend, or modify a draw if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the promotion

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and the State or Territory in which the Promoter is based.
